All orders within Nairobi and its environs will be delivered within 24-48 hours.

All orders will be delivered between Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM.

Orders outside Nairobi will be shipped between 2-3 working days. Before your package is dropped, you will be notified by a member of the Home Essentials team.

The rates charged for delivery of your order are based on the location, package size, and vehicle used.

Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be to provide an informed decision.

Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the items.
